What is the RB position like at BAL? Should I pick up mclain to start over Dunn?

Is Mclain the starter now? or is willis hurt and he's just filling in for the time being? it costs $.50 to pick up someone in free agency in my league...do I take mclain to start over dunn, is it worth it?
