Is "Suede" from Project Runway and Jason Low from "Blowout" the same guy?

IDk but I wouldn't be surprised I think that there is a reality "pool" that producers pick from. I know I've seen a couple people here and there and I'm like hey where do I know that guy from? Then I realize, they been on t.v before, it's all fake.
