Why can't i email just one picture not whole album,,attach gone just send fike what happened?

i use to be able to send pictures from different albums..i would just attach....noe attach is gone and all i can attach is file.....don't want to send album>>wnat happened..i would of asked live help...but they have been busy 4 lots hours....lol...ty 4 taling the time 4 this :-)
