Why Do I KEEP getting repeats on ANSWERS ??!!?

I am becoming livid over same ANSWERS reappearing in my email. Once is enough. It's insulting and bothersome . Even after reading them I , as was suggested to me by a ANSWERS member, hit SPAM, yet they STILL return .. If I'm flaming now, you're right ! Kick me out if you wish. Or if you agree FIX IT...Is it me, or what ? Even your ANSWER to THIS above will now begin to reappear later on !! Dang it all !!
