Any problems with me upgrading to this card?

im actually umgrading my computer with the exsact same parts, besides obvious stuff like making sure you have a pci-e slot, make sure both parts can pysically fit in your case, and that your new power supply has two 6-pin pci-e connectors. good luck with your upgrade!
