New clothes washer? Or repair it?

I have a 16 yr old Frigidaire unit, extra large capacity. It quit agitating on a large load. Pulling the front panel, I found the idler pulley, bearing and pin laying in the bottom. The drum/agitator turn freely ccw from the top, and are locked together. It will turn cw if you turn it ccw first. The motor runs Does this sound like a major problem?
