What should I do about this situation?

Leave guy 2 alone. He's trouble. Not worth it, he just is interested in one thing. Leave guy 1 alone, for now anyway. Don't push yourself onto him, or he might run. Just be patient and friendly, but don't chase him. Don't go after him, or he will get the idea that it's o.k. with you that he already has a girlfriend.
