How to tell if my dog ingested rodent poison?

If your dog ate rat poison he would bleed to death. A simple blood test would tell you if that was the problem. We had pups once that got into mouse poison once at a family members house. But we brought them to the vet immediately, we didn't wait. The vet induced vomiting and our pups were put on Vitamin K for a while to help their blood clot. They did fine with appropriate treatment.
