What if Chris Benoit's death was accidental?

What if he was working out and a cord broke and snapped around his neck and the weights went down and hung him? What if he had too much weight, 240 pounds, on the machine he was using and a cord broke, his death couldv'e been accidental, probably not, but that is a possibility?
