Has your child ever had a fever but no other signs of being sick?

I'm 29 and as a small child I had chronic ear infections sometimes my symptoms wouldn't even show up for a day or two but I would run a high fever. A high fever means there is sometime of infection within her little body. Just keep an eye on her and if by tonight she's not better take her to the doctor or ER. Hope this helps.
