He said he ♥'s me but he has a gf?

me and this dude are good friends and i know that he likes me and he knows that i lke him 2......so a couple days ago he told me that he ♥'s me and he asked me did i ♥ him bak,but i gave him no answer. I mean i do ♥ him its juss the fact that he has a gf (she's mii friend) .so thats the only reason i wont say it back!!!! he's told me about 3 times!!!!! 2 day he asked me could he get a hug in the hallway and i was to shy 2 give him 1.....so i said no and kept walkin.............this boy ♥'s me and i ♥ him 2 its juss the fact that he has a gf!!!!! so wat do yall think i should do b/c i really do ♥ him and i know he ♥'s me 2 !!!!! should i tell him i ♥ him or should i juss leave him it alone??????
