Should the patriots consider firing Bill Belichick?

Okay I honestly think it might be time for the pats to fire Bill. He hasn't done anything with this team recently. He can't even make them a contender. With a QB like Brady Nd recievers like moss and welker they should be way better than they are. He's shown me he's not aggressive in free agency AT All! Trades all the good players for draft picks, and can't get new england over the hump.Jim Caldwell a rookie coach last year took the colts to the superbowl!! Rex Ryan a rookie coach with Mark Sanchez took them to the championship game!!! Bill has Brady and couldn't do that, how do you explain that?? Belichick can't even bring a playoff with to NE. I just think he's not a championship coach. What do you think ? !?!
