Snowboard boot question?

My heel moves a bit in my boot now at the heel. its the right length, just is now it seems loose around the heel. gettin to be very painful. any suggestions on how to fix the foot up to fit better and more comfortable? i heard a trick about duct tape, but im not sure wat to do. So anyone with some advice, gimme a shout, thanks =] size 12 boot
