What is the best, cheapest beginners skateboard?

I am a beginner skateboarder. I know how to ride one, using my friend's skateboard. I don't have a lot of money and want to get into skateboarding. I have no experience buying skateboards and since i don't have a lot of money, it gives me a problem. I just want a skateboard that is not a crappy walmart brand, that doesn't cost a lot, and allows me to learn to do tricks such as ollies, and later kickflips and such. My price range is anywhere less than 80 dollars in all, including tax and shipping, blah blah blah. I really don't care much about how the deck looks since it is my first skateboard. I have all protective things such as helmet and the rest. I heard buying a prebuilt complete is the best, possibly from CCS, or Zumiez. If someone with experience of doing tricks and just riding skateboards could link me a cheap beginners skateboard that would be great.
