Do you think I have a chance to negotiate a lower rate?

I own a 4 unit in Chicago.I am 2 months behind payments,my credit score is really bad .Do you think I have a chance negotiate a lower rate with my bank (Indy Mac-8,75%),so I can get current on my mortgage?
