How does the final grade for a cl work?

Ok, iam a bit confused because i have 4 semesters and the mid-term exams, then the finals.What would be my final grade for a cl (let's say)if i get 2 B's 2 A's in the 4 semesters, then a B for the midterm exam, and an A for the finals? Is the final grade a low A?
