Please help with this physics problem!!!?

A 70 kg m is swinging on a pendulum. At the lowest point of the trajectory it has a velocity of 14 m/s, what is the vertical height of the m when it is at its highest point (when the velocity reaches 0)? If you could just tell me the basis for solving the problem and the formulas and concepts I can use, thanks!!
