Which tortilla wrap is healthier...?

I'd go with the whole grain bread. 6g of the 29g of carbs is fiber - much better than the tortillas. It may be higher in total calories, but because it is whole grain and not plain white flour, it's more nutritionally dense. Plus 7g of protein - though not much - still makes it more satisfying and better for your muscles.
